Maio Catering provided food and beverage services for the first edition of the International Rice Festival, held in Vercelli from September 12 to 14, 2025, welcoming over 30,000 participants.

Under the guidance of chef Eugenio Moreni, our teams served risotto, arancini, rice flour pizzas, and sushi, creating a taste experience that combined local tradition and innovation.
